We run two smaller preschools in Skarpnäck, based on the I Ur och Skur methodology. We use an experience-based learning approach where outdoor education plays a central role. If you enjoy outdoor activities and see opportunities regardless of the weather, you will fit in with us!

We are now looking for substitutes who can work on short notice or at recurring times during the absence of regular educators. It is an advantage if you have experience working as a childcare worker. We will place great emphasis on personal qualities.

As a person, you are committed, flexible, and responsible. Your focus on children is clear, and you have a positive attitude towards your work, your team, as well as the entire preschool and unit. You collaborate with children, colleagues, and parents in a responsive and smooth manner, listening, communicating, and handling conflicts constructively. You act in accordance with decisions made, the curriculum, goals, policies, and guidelines.

As a childcare worker, you contribute to the daily functioning of the preschool and ensure that care and daily educational work are based on children's participation and choices. Together with other colleagues at the preschool, you help create a positive, meaningful, and developmental environment for each child and the entire group. In daily contacts with guardians, you are engaged, child-focused, and service-oriented.
